SelfTalk offers a unique approach to mental wellness by enabling users to "Script Your Thoughts." This platform encourages expressions of gratitude and affirmations, along with reflective journaling on personal insights, intentions, and purpose.

One notable feature is SelfTalk 9, which prompts users to consider their emotional state by asking, "How Are You Feeling?" Responding to this prompt can be a cathartic experience, allowing individuals to identify and express their feelings. These daily reflections will disappear once the date changes, providing a fresh start each day.

The practice of regularly reviewing and engaging with one’s thoughts within the app fosters continuity in personal growth. As users progress, they can adjust their entries to align with their evolving mindset.

Sharing gratitude is recognized for its many benefits, and SelfTalk facilitates this by allowing users to communicate their appreciation through text or email. These shared expressions can be saved for later reflection, enhancing the overall experience.

The interface allows users to share gratitude and affirmations easily. By clicking on the content field, users will see buttons appear on either side—the green Share Button on the left enables the creation of a text message based on the content provided. While the default setting is for text messages, there is an option to modify this by selecting the Share Via button.

Users can delete all prompts effortlessly by clicking the red Delete Button on the right; however, this action will permanently remove all content in that field.

Additionally, if more input fields are needed for prompts, users can add them by selecting the Title Button located in the top left corner. There is a limit of eight fields available for each prompt.

It’s important to note that Verbal Vibrations may take a moment to generate depending on the quantity of content entered. During this time, users are encouraged to focus on their breathing and find a moment of peace.

For those looking to refine their experience further, exclusions can be created and edited to prevent certain words from appearing in the Verbal Vibrations list.
